Abstract

This study discusses the impact of Tourism Village's existence on improving the economy and social life of society. The methods in this study use qualitative methods. The informant is from Umbulrejo tourism village community. The number of informant is eight of the informant. The data source in this study is primary data. The analytical techniques in the study used four phases: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results of this study explained that the impact of tourism village has a positive effect for the economy. While in the social life, tourism village also has a good impact’.
