Abstract
The concept of accountability developed by the company are oriented to the efforts and steps taken to complement the activity and survival of a business. As with the accountability in Islam, social responsibility in Islam put God as the highest in the reported form of responsibility, CSR in Islam put a man to take responsibility for actions taken based on the Quran and Sunnah, as well as maintaining good relationships horizontally and vertically.
The purpose of this research to get an overview of the implementation of social accountability practices in Islam that has been done at the Hospital of Nur Hidayah Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative method of data collection techniques combination of direct observation and interviews addressed to stakeholders. Activity data analysis in this study link between the actual conditions with a specific reviews are used as a reference and guide for doing research.
Based on the analysis obtained, the concept of accountability in Islam at the Nur Hidayah Hospital Yogyakarta has implemented 25 activities accountability. These activities are classified into three parts, of which ten of responsibility must be fulfilled (dharuriyah responsibility), nine additional responsibilities (responsibility hajiyah), and six finisher responsibility (responsibility tahsiniyah).
