Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether capital structure, ownership structure, intellectual capital, intellectual capital disclosure, liquidity and profitability affect the firm value. The data in this study use secondary data obtained directly from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2017. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPPS 21.
The results showed that simultaneous influence but partially the results showed that 4 variables consisting of capital structure, ownership structure, intellectual capital, intellectual capital disclosure had no effect on firm value and 2 variables consisting of profitability and liquidity affected the firm value.
