Abstract

One of the problems of society is that most sick people will experience
mental and mental shock due to their illness. This resulted in the slow process of healing
the patient. Patients with this condition are in dire need of spiritual assistance from spiritual
development officials for healing. Nur Hidayah Hospital provides services in spiritual and
spiritual aspects for patients known as HU Care. The implementation of the program in the
Bina Rohani unit is guided by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that have been set at
Nur Hidayah Hospital. This study aims to conduct research on evaluating the
implementation of the spiritual guidance program at Nur Hidayah Hospital. Programs that
run in the Bina Rohani unit must be in accordance with SOP that have been set.
