from Riskesdes (2018) shows that the prevalence of non-communicable diseases in Indonesia has
increased compared with Riskesdes data (2013), which include cancer, stroke, chronic kidney
disease, diabetes mellitus, and hypertension. the healthy living community movement is carried out as
a strengthening of community promotive and preventive efforts, one of the main objectives of the
healthy living community movement is to reduce the burden of infectious and non-communicable
diseases, both death and disability. Thus the program of healthy living community movements is very
