Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical model that descript the effect of work life balance and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as a mediator to teachers from extraordinary school. Research subjects are 88 teachers from extraordinary school. The scale in this study uses a Likert scale model and data collection uses the work life balance scale, the scale of organizational culture, the scale of organizational commitment organization and the scale of organizational citizenship behavior. The data collection method in this study is a scale method with data analysis using the Structure Equation Modeling (SEM), program with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, namely smart PLS 3.0. Hypothesis test results showed three hypotheses was rejected and five hypotheses was accepted. Based on the results of the study, the theoretical model is designed in accordance with empirical data, so that the model can describe the effect of work life balance and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as a mediator to teachers from extraordinary school.
