Abstract

This study entitled "FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE STUDENT MOTIVATION in
entrepreneurship" This research was conducted with the aim to motivate students
to entrepreneurship after graduation for many students after graduation thinking
to work in companies or state agencies because they do not know the difficulty of
working with others sometimes they are only concerned with the status of a
respectable job to generate income. Variables used consisted of Successful Self,
will the Risk Tolerance, Freedom at Work. The population in this study were all
students at the University of Ahmad Dahlan who has been taking
entrepreneurship, the sample used in this study as many as 56 samples using
convenian sampling, The research data was obtained by distributing
questionnaires to the respondents.
These results indicate that the success of themselves had no effect on student
motivation in entrepreneurship, risk tolerance will be a positive influence on the
motivation of students in entrepreneurship and self-determine their success
positively affects student motivation in entrepreneurship. This is evidenced by the
results of multiple linear regression, namely the success of self (X1) 0.082> 0.05
so that H1 is rejected, the tolerance of the risks (X2) 0.014 <0.05 so that H2 is
accepted, and the freedom to work (X3) 0,020 <0,05 so the H3 received
