Abstract

This study examines the implementation of hots in the PBL learning model in the
student Problem solving review through high level thinking skills and is expected to be a
referral for other researchers When going to do the research. The purpose of this research
for 1) describes the implementation of HOTS in the model of PBL and 2) describing
supporting factors in the implementation of HOTS using the model of PBL. This research
uses qualitative research. Data collection methods using interview techniques, observations
and documentation, data analysis techniques using inductive interactive data techniques.
Legitimacy of data using triangulation technique and triangulation source. The subjects in
this study were teachers of V. D class and students. The results showed that 1) the
implementation of HOTS in PBL was in accordance with the RPP in covering the line,
evaluation, and creating. 2) Model LBC in the theme of two sub themes two to support the
implementation of a well-done process of learning activities. Based on observations,
interviews and documentation, the results of the 3) PBL models can be seen from more active
and challenging student changes. 4) In learning learners are able to use HOTS to solve
problems by asking questions and answering the question of the teacher and his group mates.
5) Learners ' response is able to accept and understand learning by supporting, facilitating in
terms of infrastructure.
