Abstract

The choice of GR 2000 AUTO CARE as a place of research is because the offer given
by the company is very attractive, and the sales report in the past few months invites
researchers to find out the added value of the company. The purpose of this research is 1) To
analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at GR 2000 Auto Care. 2) To
analyze the effect of prices on customer satisfaction at GR 2000 Auto Care. 3) To analyze the
effect of location on customer satisfaction at GR 2000 Auto Care. In this study using primary
data. The independent variable is service quality, price, and location. The dependent variable
is customer satisfaction. The number of respondents consisted of 100 people. The collected
data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability,
hypothesis testing and R2 determination analysis. The results showed 1) The Influence of
Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, the results of SPSS output on the first hypothesis
statement that the service quality variable (X1) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction
with a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05. 2) Effect of Price on Customer Satisfaction of output
spps on the second hypothesis statement, that the price variable (X2) has a positive effect on
customer satisfaction with a significant result of 0.009 < 0.05. 3) Effect of Location on
Customer Satisfaction, spps output results on the statement of the third hypothesis, that the
location variable (X3) does not have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a
significant result of 0.228 > 0.05.
