Abstract
Fatigue shows a variety of circumstances, but all them can result in
a reduction in work capacity and endurance. Work that is too heavy and
excessive can speed up the contraction of the muscles of the body, so that it can
speed up one's fatigue, especially physical fatigue, such as the work of farmers in
Tampingan Village, Magelang, Central Java. The purpose of this study was to
determine the relationship between workload and hydration status with feelings of
fatigue in farmers
