Abstract

ABSTRACT
Interprofessional Education (IPE) is an interactive learning, professional-based
learning group, by creating a collaborative learning atmosphere so that between professions
can interact to convey understanding of Organization as a professional professionalism
process. Interprofessional Education (IPE) can be established if there are two or more health
students with different fields to study together to improve the quality of collaborative
healthcare in the practice environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze how
Interprofessional Education (IPE) influences the student perception of the final level of
pharmacy in Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta.
The type of research used is observational analytic with the analysis design used is
one-group pre-Test & post-test design of retrospective data retrieval in the form of pre-IPE
and post-IPE questionnaires in 2017 at Ahmad Dahlan University . The research samples are
114 active students who participated in the Interprofessional Education program. Quantitative
data retrieval with modified IEPS (Interprofessional Education Perception Scale) Kuisoner.
The results showed that the majority of the students of the final level of pharmacy Faculty of
UAD Yogyakarta have good perception after following the IPE program (83%) Compared to
before following IPE (76%). The results of the test paired T-test samples at the significance
of 95% showed there is an average difference between students who have not followed IPE
with the students who have followed IPE (P=0,000) which means there is influence
implementation of the program Interprofessional Education of the student perception of the
faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta.
