Abstract

Abstract - This research is based on the teachers difficulties in implementing the 2013 Curriculum at Elementary Schools. The purpose of this research is to describe the obstacles faced by the teachers in implementing of 2013 Curriculum in elementary school. This research used descriptive method. The results of this research indicate that the majority of elementary school teachers still have a low understanding of authentic assessment concept. Techniques and instruments that exist in the teacher‟s guide are less appropriate to the school culture. Teachers are still difficulties in preparing self-assessment and peer assessment instruments. They find difficulties in measuring and describing the attitudes and learning performances. Keywords: assessment, 2013 Curriculum, elementary School.
