Abstract

This study aims to identify how strong the awareness of national identity and ethnic identity is to form appropriate thinking to overcome various problems related to the ethnic conflict. The research methods carried out were observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with PGSD students from outside Java. Analysis of the data used is inductive data analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that the ethnic identity they have is relatively high. Nationalism identity awareness generally grows through Citizenship education. Factors that influence the national accreditation and success of UAD PGSD students include figures, kinship, and historical ties.
