Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the
importance of implementing technology and media in guidance and
counseling services. The method used in this research is to use literature
review studies with data analysis techniques in the form of content
analysis. In the industrial revolution 4.0, innovation in guidance and
counseling services in online digital media development is very important
for guidance and counseling teachers to do. The results of the study can
be used as reference material for guidance and counseling teachers in
schools, or guidance and counseling students in developing guidance and
counseling service media.
