Abstract

Research on self-efficacy in vocational school teachers is currently being discussed, especially during this pandemic. As for knowing the high and low self-efficacy of SMK teachers, valid and reliable measuring tools are needed. The purpose of this study was to develop a self-efficacy scale for vocational school teachers using SEM modeling based on Bandura's theory. The dimensions of self-efficacy that are used as a reference in making measuring instruments consist of level, strength, and generality. The study was conducted on 100 vocational school teachers in Sleman Regency. The measuring instrument is arranged using the Likert model. Test the validity and reliability using a
confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) approach with the help of PLS 3.29 software. The results showed that the selfefficacy measuring instrument on SMK teachers were declared valid and reliable because all items from the dimensions were able to reflect the 110 constructs formed. This measuring instrument is also declared valid and reliable where there are 12 items that fall out of the 30 items submitted.
