Abstract

The success of maternal health efforts seen from the indicators of maternal mortality. Efforts to accelerate MMR reduction by ensuring that every mother can access quality ANC services. Purpose: To evaluate the implementation of ANC 10T service standards at Semanu II Public Health Center, Gunung Kidul Regency. Methods: a qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample size of 5 midwives and one laboratory officer. Information using in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. The evaluation uses the CIPP method, starting from the context, input, process, and product. Data analysis uses starting with collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and concluding. Result: context evaluation shows that there are the unmet needs of the target. The input evaluation indicates that there are still obstacles in the distribution/division of HR tasks and the absence of socialization and specific SOPs regarding the ANC 10T service standard. The process evaluation shows that implementing the ANC 10T standard's ten components must not perform optimally following the existing procedures/management. There were some obstacles. The product evaluation showed that there was an achievement of the ANC 10T standard service objectives. The results were not optimal, namely starting from implementing the ten components 10T by midwives, K1 and K4 achievements, complications of pregnant women, and the absence of maternal and infant deaths. Conclusion: The ANC 10T service standard's implementation shows several achievements from the implementation objectives, but the results are not optimal. This condition is because some obstacles encounter and necessary to improve their performance to achieve optimal results.
