Abstract

Correspondence is one of the most important types of services in Pajar Bulan Village. Regarding the aspect of service to rural communities, the Center for Regional Autonomy Studies has conducted a study that it is necessary to continuously improve the quality of village government services, both internal and external services, both physical and mental.
There are a number of types of letters that are usually served by the village, office such as statement letters, business certificates, certificates of incapacity, certificates of farewell, certificates of domicile, and several other letters. For most of the village government agency offices for making letters, they still have problems, such as still making correspondence using a typewriter or making manual letters with Microsoft Office Word software by typing the data according to the letter applicant.
