this study was: the protection of the right to education
towards the refugee children shall be remained a concern
in international society. Education shall be applicable in
a non-discriminatory manner, including to the refugee
children. During this Covid-19 Pandemic, International
organization as well as the States government shall
ensure that the community as well as the refugee within
certain state jurisdiction, remain informed about the
educational opportunities, school re-opening and the
pandemic. Secondly, Indonesia has no specific
