Abstract

The purpose of this research in to create worksheet for grade X of Muhammadiyah high schools student that include Islamic value and using exelency in teaching technology. research method which used in this research are 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disemination). Data taken using questionnaires from experts. From this research, it had been developed a worksheet that include Islamic value and newest technology in teaching physics using logger pro, tracker, and Vernier technology.LKS is considered feasible with the result from the assessment of material and media experts are: the material is in very good category (53.2), the objectives of the category are very good (17), the method in good category (83.6), evaluation in very good category (36.6), systematic in category very good (21.6), attractiveness in very good category (71.3), and detailed in very good category (25.6). The next stage is test to students at school and dissemination. This stage is not done in this study and will be carried out in further research.
