Abstract
The Efforts to Increase Science of skills process through Problem Based Learning Model in Class 5th of SDN 8 Sintang. This study aims to improve the science of skill process by Problem Based Learning model for grade 5th of SDN 8 Sintang. This research was conducted in February-March 2021. The kind of this research is Classroom Action Research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models. The research subjects were the 5th grade students of SDN 8 Sintang with a total of 28 students consisting of 18 boys and 10 girls. The research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. Every cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data was collected through observation, tests and interviews. Data analysis is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The result of this research found that the Problem Based Learning model can improve the science of skill process of 5th grade students at SDN 8 Sintang on the lesson of heat transfer.
