Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of lecturer competence and family environment on learning achievement. This research was conducted on UAD management study program students class of 2019. The population in this study were all students of the UAD management study program class of 2019, totaling 313 students. The sample in this study was a portion of the 2019 UAD management study program students, totaling 170 students. This research method uses nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. This research was processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that lecturer competence had a significant positive effect on learning achievement, family environment did not have a significant effect on learning achievement, and tested simultaneously the variables of lecturer competency and family environment had a simultaneous effect on learning achievement.
