Abstract
The objective of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of story to decreasing childhood aggression behavior. Research design use classroom action research. Story were implemented for students at B group at kindergarden of BA Aisyiyah Banyudono, Klatak, Magelang. Only two students who choice for research subject. They are the students who have the highest aggression behavior from early observation. The story used 12 kind of metaphor story that arranged for three cycles of action. Aggression observation checklist was used to collecting the data. The result indicate that story effective to decrease childhood aggression. The subjects aggression behavior had decrease more than 70% after six weeks treatment.
