Abstract
Cognitive development refers to how children adapt and interpret objects to events in
their surrounding environment and help them solve problems and develop memory. This
research aims to produce products that can be used as learning media, namely learning
garden media, to improve cognitive development in early childhood, which can be used
as an educational game tool. This study uses Research and Development and research procedures from Borg and Gall by systematically going through several stages. Various
trials were carried out in this research, namely, media and material experts and product
trials at Kiddi Care. The results of the assessment of media suitability obtained a score
of 85% with the criteria "Very Appropriate,” then the assessment from material experts
obtained a score of 90% with the criteria "Very Appropriate.” Therefore, the product in
the form of Learning Garden media can be used by teachers as an interesting learning
media for cognitive development in early childhood.
