Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tuberkulosis (TBC) kambuh merupakan penyakit infeksi menular pada orang yang telah sembuh TBC namun didiagnosis kembali mengalami TBC. Berdasarkan data sekunder dari Dinas Kesehatan D.I. Yogyakarta menunjukkan sebaran kasus TBC kambuh periode Januari 2020 - September 2023 paling tinggi berada di Kabupaten Sleman sebanyak 77 kasus dibandingkan empat kabupaten/kota lainnya. Proporsi TBC kambuh di Kabupaten Sleman sebesar 1,69%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui epidemiologi deskriptif disertai pemetaan kasus TBC kambuh di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman periode Januari 2020 - September 2023. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini berupa deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu semua kasus TBC kambuh di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman periode Januari 2020 - September 2023 yang terdata di Sistem Informasi Tuberkulosis. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebaran kasus berdasarkan orang dominan pada usia 35-44 tahun sebesar 23%, laki-laki sebesar 66%, pekerjaan lain-lain sebesar 26%, TBC terkonfirmasi bakteriologis sebesar 70%, TBC paru sebesar 81%, status DM tidak diketahui sebesar 47%, status HIV tidak diketahui sebesar 72%, pengobatan lengkap sebesar 53%. Wilayah tinggi kasus TBC kambuh yaitu Kecamatan Depok (15%) dan Kalasan (15%). Adanya fluktuatif kasus dan tahun 2020 menjadi waktu pelaporan kasus terbanyak 38%. Kesimpulan: Kasus TBC kambuh paling berisiko pada usia 35-44 tahun, jenis kelamin laki-laki, pekerjaan lain-lain, TBC terkonfirmasi bakteriologis, TBC paru, status DM tidak diketahui, status HIV tidak diketahui, pengobatan lengkap, tempat tinggal di Depok dan Kalasan. Adanya naik turun kasus TBC kambuh selama Januari 2020 - September 2023.
