Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Digital leadersih dan Kerjasama Tim terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan yang bertugas di Kampus 1 Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian inu menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 karyawan yang bertugas di kampus 1 Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta. Metode sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda melalui software SPSS statistic 25.
