Abstract

Every parent wants the baby born alive , healthy and perfect. In fact many cases of fetal growth retardation, infants born prematurely , babies born with low birth weight , even high rates of maternal and infant mortality during childbirth . It takes a commitment to live healthy life as early as possible forgo that will interfere with the smooth pregnancy . That's why pregnant mother are encouraged to live healthy . From here it takes a lot of information to support it . Disclosure of the information age as it is herded everyone to easily get the information that is expected . Likewise with pregnant women . Not all information received with raw. There needs to crosscheck from a competent source in the field. So informations can be accounted for . With the concept of healthy pregnancy, the mother can have a guide and overview of the things that will affect the fetus in the womb in daily life. Can minimize the interruption of pregnancy occurred . In it includes references mastery of pregnancy , adjusting the diet along with nutritional content , avoiding alcohol, avoiding smoking , sports , regular doctor check and manage emotions . The concept of healthy pregnancy is present as a guide for the smart mother. When the delivery process will go smoothly , both the mother and the baby was born safely and in the future, the child will grow into intelligent . Because making smart generation can be started from fetus in the womb.
