Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, and work motivation, on the performance of PT. Heptaco Digital media Yogyakarta during the pandemic. The population in the study was the overall employees of PT. Heptaco Digital Media Yogyakarta had 110 employees, while the sample obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires was 57 employees. The sampling technique is a saturated sample, so that all employees become research samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 24.
Partial results from this study show that leadership style does not significantly affect employee performance, while motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of other studies simultaneously leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on performance.
