Abstract

abstrak Tujuan: meneliti peran religiusitas, dukungan psikofisiologis saat bersalin terhadap primipara. Metoda: 167 ibu dibawah 35 tahun usia kehamilan 36-42 minggu terpenuhi kriteria 50. Hasil random ada 26 menjadi kelompok kontrol dan 24 kelompok intervensi. Pengaruh pemberian dukungan terhadap kelompok perlakuan diamati lama bersalin, kecemasan, dan nilai APGAR bayi baru lahir. Perlakuan selama kala I fase laten. Hasil: Analisis dengan uji-t menghasilkan lama bersalin kelompok perlakuan lebih cepat, kecemasan lebih rendah dan nilai APGAR lebih baik. Kata kunci: primipara, dukungan psikofisiologis, kala I fase laten. abstract Aims: to investigate the role of religiousity, psychophysiological supports during labor in primipara. Method: Of 167 women under 35 during gestation weeks 36-42 screened for traumatic symptoms living in urban area of Yogyakarta, 50 met inclusion criteria and were randomized into an intervention (n=26) and control (n-24) group. This research was done experimentally. The intervention included improving their religiousity, psychological and physiological supports.
