Abstract

Abstract : This research was the quantitative research that aimed at knowing how far relations between intelligence and perfectionism to the child gifted in the acceleration class.
The method of the data collection in this research used the documentation of the Intelligence Quatient score data (IQ) from the CFIT intelligence test the scale 2 forms of A & B to variebel intelligence, whereas the scale of perfectionism with the coefficient reliabilitas 0.803 to the perfectionism variable. Data processing was carried out with the SPSS computation system 13,0 for Windows with before carried out the scale test.
Results of the analysis of the correlation of the technique product moment against the intelligence variable with perfectionism variable was obtained p=0,097 (P P>0,05) with the level of the belief 95%. Results of the research showed did not have relations that were significant between the intelligence variable and perfectionism to the child gifted in the acceleration class.
