satisfaction of the academic staffs. The research subjects consisted of 40 academic staffs who have already worked for at least 1 year in University X

collect the data. Pearson’s product moment analyzed the data of this research. The results show that the coefficient between work motivation and job
satisfaction is 0.689 with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05). It can be inferred that there is a very significant positive relationship between work
