Abstract

Based on the operational system of the HR bureau (sdm.uad.ac.id), this system is used for various purposes that aim to support the functions of this bureau such as entering data, employee assessment, and others. Lack of information on the website, for example, when filling in data, it does not say whether the data has been processed or not and so on. Because of the shortcomings in this system that made some miss communication between the human resources and lecturers/employees. The existing system also caused a lot of data to be calculated and compiled manually, so it took a long time to process the data. In this website system, improvements are needed to reduce or add features to minimize the shortcomings of the website and make the HR bureau website more effective and user friendly.
