Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Training, Counseling Skills,
and Career Development on Employee Work Efficiency KSPPS BMT Bina
Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. The population in this study were employees of BMT
BIF Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta, totaling 90 employees and the sample used
was 90 employees with a = 5% and used the full sample method. The data used is
a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The
results of this study indicate that Employee Training, Counseling Skills and
Career Development have a significant effect on Emplyee Work Efficiency
KSPPS BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogakarta. With a B value (positive value) of
3.160 and a significant value of 0.046. Employee Training has a B value (positive
value) of 0.115 and a significant value of 0.035. Counseling Skills has a B value
(positive value) of 0.180 and a significant value of 0.011. Career Development
has a B value (positive value) of 0.204 and a significant value of 0.000.
