Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing of Mulyojaten products that have been carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Metro. After analyzing then developing a customer-based marketing model to be better. This research is a research and development R&D (research and development). The stages of this research use the ADDIE design (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah 3 Metro Vocational School. The research subjects were TeFa (Teaching Factory) management teachers, alumni of Muhammadiyah 3 Metro Vocational School and customer partners. The object of this research is the development of customer-based marketing for Mulyojatenproducts. Research and development produces MFS (Mulyojaten Farma Shop) products, which are an effective online marketing model for TeFa Mulyojaten products in providing easy service and establishing friendly relationships with customers. The results of Mann Whitney's calculations show that the online marketing model is effectively used as a marketing model for TeFa products for customers at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Metro
