Supplementary material development for English is essential in English language education. Quality learning materials are the foundation of effective language instruction, developing students' learning experiences and influencing their language acquisition. The English textbook serves as a primary source of information for learners in Indonesian classrooms. Many educators utilize textbooks as major resource books for ideas and instructional activities, as well as to provide guidelines for what they do. Some learners need to be more engaged and focused on learning books. Students need help with the topics presented in the book. Some learners fail to pay attention and are not engaged in classroom activities because they believe the learning process is too monotonous. Creating learning resources through the use of eBooks is one attempt that can assist in increasing student interest in the learning process. This research is focused on developing supplementary material sources using Flip PDF professionals in SMPS Darussalam Baubau Grade VII students to develop listening skills based on the Merdeka curriculum in Indonesia. In this study, the researcher adopted an R&D method. This research is one of the phases involved in developing new products or improving existing ones. This research will result in the production of an e-book to improve junior high school students' listening skills in English learning for class VII. The researcher created the product using the ADDIE development model. Based on the findings, the researcher-generated instructional material that may be used as supplementary resource in the classroom for teaching and learning.
