Agus Mujahidin. 2024. Evaluasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Menggunakan Model CIPP di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan. Tesis. Yogyakarta: Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.
Latar belakang penelitian adalah apabila sesuatu yang sudah disepakati bersama di dalam forum terkadang tidak diimplementasikan dalam proses seleksi penerimaan peserta didik baru di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi penerimaan peserta didik baru di Pondok Pesantren ini menjadi penting untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tujuan tersebut tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan model CIPP di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan.
Penelitain ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif untuk evaluasi dengan model penelitian evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, product). Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan. Untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Validasi data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data, sedangkan analisis data diproses melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data serta penyajian data.
Hasil penelitian evaluasi PPDB di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan secara konteks telah tersusun rapi dan sesuai dengan tujuan pemerintah dalam kegiatan tersebut meliputi, tujuan PPDB, penentuan jumlah kuota. Pada aspek input atau masukan sudah berjalan sesuai dengan AD/ART Pondok. Penyebaran brosur dan kalender ke sekolah yang ada di kawasan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Kalimantan Utara serta sebagian pulau Sulawesi dan Jawa bisa menambah penyebaran informasi PPDB di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan. Pada aspek proses menunjukkan bahwa sudah sesuai dengan job desk masing-masing. Sedangkan pada aspek produk telah sesuai dengan adanya pembinaan santri dan juga sebagai sarana untuk mencerdaskan anak bangsa serta menjadikan santri sebagai kader bangsa kedepannya.

The research background is If something has been mutually agreed upon in the forum, sometimes it is notimplementedin the selection process for accepting new students at the Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan Integrated Islamic Boarding School. Therefore, evaluating the acceptance of new students at Islamic boarding schools is important to find out to what extent these goals have been achieved.This research aims to evaluate the program for accepting new students using the CIPP model at the Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan Integrated Islamic Boarding School.
This research uses a qualitative methodology for evaluation with the CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation research model. The subject of this research is the Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan Integrated Islamic Boarding School. To collect data using interview and documentation techniques. Data validation is carried out by data triangulation, while data analysis is processed through data collection, data reduction and data presentation.
The results of the PPDB evaluation research at the Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan Integrated Islamic Boarding School are contextually clearneatly arranged and in accordance with the government's objectives in these activities including PPDB objectives, determining the quota amount. In the input aspect, input has been carried out in accordance with the Pondok's AD/ART. Distributing brochures and calendars to schools in the provinces of East Kalimantan, North Kalimantan and parts of the islands of Sulawesi and Java can increase the dissemination of PPDB information at the Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan Integrated Islamic Boarding School. The process aspect shows that it is in accordance with the respective job description. Meanwhile, the product aspect is in accordance with the development of santri and also as a means to educate the nation's children and make santri the nation's cadres in the future.
