Abstract
Breast cancer is the leading cause of deaths in women (15.0%) in the world and
cervical cancer ranks fourth with an incidence rate (6.6%). Cancer prevalence in Indonesia increased
from 1.4 per 1000 population in 2013 to 1.8 per 1000 population in 2018. Yogyakarta Special Region
(DIY) is the province with the highest cancer prevalence of 4.9 per 1000 population. Coverage of early
detection of Sadanis and IVA Test in 2018 in Sleman District shows that only 0.72% Fertile Age
Women who did early detection of Sadanis and VIA test. This shows that the public has a low
awareness in conducting early detection of Sadanis and IVA tests.
