Abstract

Hospital can be seen as a company that gives services to customers. A hospital with good services would
have many patients. The medical services in a hospital has standard that appropriate with the tipe of
hospital. In another hand non medical services depend on managerial policy. This paper presented case of
non medical services in class two ward at RSUD Banjarnegara. QFD (Quality Function Deployment) is
used to analized the problem, that consist of House of Quality and Part Deployment. The result of research
indicated that some target values could be achieved conform to capability of RSUD Banjarnegara, so cost of
class two ward could be increased.
