Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment
on the performance of TB employees. Wisanggeni. This research is a survey research
using a questionnaire. The sample used in this study were all TB employees.
Wisanggeni. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sample. Saturated
sample is a sample technique where all members of the population are used as research
samples. Validity test used in this research is to use product moment, while for
reliability testing it uses Cronbach’s Alpha. The analysis technique used is multiple
linear regression.
The results showed that the compensation and work environment variables had
a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance with a significance value of
0,000. Compensation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance
with a significance value of 0.013. The work environment has a significant and positive
effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0,000.
