Abstract
The guidance and supervision of BUMDesa in Bantul Regency is the authority of
Regional Goverenment and Sub- District Head as regulated ini Article 25 of
Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2016 conserning Village –Owned Enteprises. This
guidance and supervision certainly aims to ensure that BUMDesa can have an
impact on the walfare of the community around the village.
This research is a legal research with an empirical judicial approach. It was
conducted by doing interview, observations, and literature analysis. The date were
processed qualitatively in the form of narrative description.
The result shows that the guidance and supervisin conducted by the Regional
Government and the Sub-District Head were considered to have been in accordance
with the Regional Regulation. The guidance and supervision were carried out by
the Regional Government and the Sub-District Head in the form of providing
guidance, assistance, consultation, and coordination with the Village Head and
BUMDesa managers. The supervision was carried out to see the running of
BUMDesa as well as its accountability. The obstacles were inadequate human
resources, poor business management, and lack of coordination. The efforts were
socialization, training, caomparative studies and coordination meetings.
