Abstract

Justice under man's understanding is an important part of demonstration of social balance. Islam as religion describes it as an ethic or in Islamic term it called akhlak. So that justice in law should be main priority which is honored by mankind. Islam is showing justice as a command or an order to be carried out by Muslims. This command has been seen in several verses and several surahs, like QS. Al-Nisa: 58 and QS. Al-Nahl: 90. Likewise the word of justice ('adl) seen 11 times and its synonym showed in many places in Al-Quran. These mentions of justice and its synonym show the important of justice in human life. It is also important to applying it in social life, not to let it be 'word of silence'. Through this command Islam guides us that having justice is an ethic or akhlak as commonly in worship to achieve human utilization
