Abstract

The corona virus pandemic (Covid-19) is currently the most horrendous health issue in the entire
world, including Indonesia. This corona virus was first detected in the Wuhan area of China in
December 2019 under the name SARS-CoV-2, and quickly spread throughout the world and declared a
global problem by the World Health Organization (WHO). Infecting and spreading were evidenced by
the record that so far there are still many people who are infected with Covid-19 with increasing
numbers. With the worsening conditions mentioned above researchers have the aim of reviewing and
comparing several articles on how to transmit covid-19 and efforts to prevent the spread of covid -19 so
that the results of this study can be a public reference in making programs that support the prevention
of the spread of covid-19 and also to provide a general overview of the public about the spread of covid-
19. The research design used literature study, researchers followed the methodological framework
suggested by Arksey and O Malley. The results of the review literature review are the transmission of
corona covid-19 virus occurring from human to human and transmission through transmission
zoonoses. Prevention of the spread of corona covid-19 virus to health workers, for patients who are
detected early positive and low risk.
