Abstract
The Javanese known as community with cultural requirement. as part of the population of indonesia, Javanese has a different personality concept to other communities. the concept of the personality of the Javanese influenced by Islamic and Hindu philosophy. the concept is the human side of harmony between oneself with others and oneself with God. The concept of the personality of Javanese should be internalized in guidance and counseling, particularly by counselors.
