Abstract

This research aims to describle the learning process of writing poetry psycho creative models, and describes the enhancement of poetry appreciation (specially writing and reading poetry) in learning Indonesian language and literature through psycho creative models. The procedures used in the implementation of the psycho creative models. The procedures used in the implementation of the psycho crative models was to use a type of action research. The action and impelemtation procedure was divided into two cycles. On the first cycle was done three times, the implementation of the action with the psycho creative models. The second cycle was performed three times with the same model. The observation made by the observation shells prepared prior to teaching-learning activities take place, the next stage of reflection,a researcher with collaborator trying to understand the process, problems and obstacles faced during the treatment action. Data collection techniques using tests, questionnaires, interviews, observation, field notes, and records of student assignments. Analysis was done by using descriptive qualitative and descriptive statistical techniques. Succes criteria was to test and process tasks using pscho creative models. Results of this study indicate that the implementation of learning by using pscho cretaive models was capable of improving the quality of learning poetry and improve students skills in reading poetry. This was followed by a charge in attitude to increase knowledge and experience in appreciating literature, especially writing poetry and read it.
