ABSTRACT
During the COVID-19 pandemic, tourist attractions have experienced a slump as pandemic control efforts prohibit people from traveling and congregating. However, the management of Tebing Breksi made the pandemic condition a momentum to fix the location of tourist attractions and organizations. Management training for Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke (5S) is the result of the collaboration between the UAD Lecturer and the Tebing Breksi management in order to improve sustainable management.5S management plays a role in organizing individuals or groups in Tebing Breksi in each work unit to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. At the beginning and end of the activity, participants were given a pre-test and post-test. The training materials cover the basic concepts of Japanese work culture
known as 5S (read: go-esu). The results of the pre-test with the post-test showed an increase in the knowledge of the management partner participants and the workers of the Tebing Breksi Tourism Park. OHS training and counseling should be carried out on an ongoing basis to the representatives of workers appointed by the management of Tebing Breksi as the K3L committee of Tebing Breksi. The results of the community service program that have been
implemented have an impact on the management of Tebing Breksi Tourism Park, namely increasing the knowledge and understanding of partners about management, partners' insight about the importance of tourism management to be more open. Partners are assisted in formulating quality improvement planning strategies in terms of management, especially the 5S program, improvements in workplace layout, cleanliness and tidiness.
