Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to empirically examine the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), CurrentRatio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) Against Price Earning Ratio (PER) of Registered Plantation Sub Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2017 Period. Based on the existing criteria, 15 plantation sub-sector companies were obtained. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis, but before testing the hypothesis first testing the classical assumptions. The results of hypothesis testing are partially done, the t test shows that DER has positive and not significant effect on PER. CR has positive and not significant effect on PER.ROE has positive and significant effect on PER. NPM has a positive and significant effect on PER.
