Abstract

Every teacher must have responsibilities, especially PAI or ISMUBA teachers. This is because the responsibility of a teacher is not to provide knowledge, but to prepare students to be ready to carry out their duties as servants of Allah and khalifatullah in accordance with the purpose of human creation itself. Therefore, this article is written so that teachers or prospective teachers, especially PAI or ISMUBA teachers can be more aware of their responsibilities as teachers. Because all actions done in this world will be held accountable in the hereafter. The research method used by the author in this article is descriptive qualitative. Then interviews and literature study as data collection. From the results of the analysis of the literature study and the results of interviews, it can be ascertained that being responsible for the teacher is so important because the teacher is responsible for monotheism education and moral education, especially in elementary schools or madrasah ibtidaiyah. If as early as possible students have been instilled in monotheism and good morals, it will affect the life to come.
