Abstract

Low back pain as one of the musculuskeletal disorder’s nuisance which often occurs and
cause the reduction of the work’s productivity and disability. Several factors that might
cause the low back pain, such as age, gender, body mass index, work’s period, work’s
attitude and work’s environment. The work’s attitude that isn’t natural and exceed its
work’s skill might cause low back pain as the risk. This research aims to ascertain the
relations of work’s period and work’s attitude within the grievance of low back pain
towards the labours of Beringharjo’s market at Yogyakarta 2018. This research is based
on the observational’s analytic which used the research’s design of cross sectional study,
research’s subject consists of 146 samples within the technique of simple random
sampling. The research’s instruments used the questionnaire which is being adopted
from Halibona, Nordic Body Map (NBM)’s sheet and REBA’s sheet. Data analysis of the
research which used the Chi-square’s test and fisher exact as the alternative’s test’. The
result that there wasnt the relations of work’s period with p value (p=0,687) and value
(RP=1,022;CI=0,830-1,258) and be found the relation of work’s attitude with p value
(p=0,007) and value (RP=1,196;CI=1,056-1,354) within the low back pain’s grievance
towards the labours of Beringharjo’s market at Yogyakarta. The result that there wasnt
the relations of work’s period with p value (p=0,687) and value (RP=1,022;CI=0,830-
1,258) and be found the relation of work’s attitude with p value (p=0,007) and value
(RP=1,196;CI=1,056-1,354) within the low back pain’s grievance towards the labours of
Beringharjo’s market at Yogyakarta. There wasn’t the significance relations of work’s
period and be found the relations of work’s attitude within the low back pain (LBP)
grievance towards the labours of Beringharjo’s market at Yogyakarta 2018.
