Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris peran kepribadian big five terhadap servant leadership pada pengusaha muda UMKM coffee shop di Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 208 pengusaha coffee shop berusia 16-30 tahun di Indonesia yang terpilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis peran kepribadian big five terhadap servant leadership menunjukkan nilai R = 0,808 dan p = 0,000 (p<0 xss=removed xss=removed>0,05), peran extraversion terhadap servant leadership menunjukkan nilai t = 4,988 dan p = 0,000 (p<0 xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed>0,05), terakhir peran conscientiousness terhadap servant leadership menunjukkan nilai t = 4,374 dan p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Kesimpulannya yaitu kepibadian big five berperan terhadap servant leadership. Dimensi extraversion, openness to experience, conscientiousness memiliki peran terhadap servant leadership. Dimensi neuroticism dan agreeableness tidak memiliki peran terhadap servant leadership.
