Abstract
The global Covid-19 outbreak has affected not only the general public but also medical professionals
who treat Covid-19 positive patients on a daily basis. A nurse is one of the medical professionals who
works with Covid-19 patients the most. The formation of psychological issues including stress, anxiety,
depression, and sleeplessness, which in turn hinder work efficiency and production, is influenced by
both male and female nurses. It is possible to adapt to a pandemic and still be able to prosper, despite
the coronavirus pandemic still being a threat to lives and altering daily life. Flourishing can be
understood as a condition in which all aspects of life in a person function very well and are able to
achieve optimal development so that they can function fully. The method used in this study is a
qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. For data collection will be carried out
by interviews and observations, data will be analyzed using triangulation, rich descriptions, thick
descriptions and external audits. The findings of this study indicate that the five subjects have
flourished, as evidenced by the subjects' ability to function at their best in daily life, positive emotions,
level of involvement in their jobs, and relationships with those around them. The subjects also have
goals and a sense of purpose in life, as well as accomplishments that they have already made or wish to
make in order to add positive value to their lives.
