Abstract
Kurangnya pengelolaan diri (Self Efficacy) dan motivasi berprestasi dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan belajar secara mandiri yang seharusnya dapat dilakukan mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh Self Efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Ahmad Dahlan angkatan 2020. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap kemandirian belajar, pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemandirian belajar, serta pengaruh Self Efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa PAI UAD angkatan 2020.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Ahmad Dahlan dengan mengambil sampel sebesar 124 mahasiswa dari total mahasiswa sebanyak 247 mahasiswa angkatan 2020. Penarikan sampel didasarkan pada kaidah probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini Self Efficacy (X1) dan motivasi berprestasi (X2) sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kemandirian belajar mahasiswa (Y). Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket (kuesioner). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25 for Windows.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh Self Efficacy (X1) terhadap kemandirian belajar (Y) sebesar 17,8% pada angka kepercayaan 95%. Pengaruh motivasi berprestasi (X2) terhadap kemandirian belajar (Y) sebesar 27,1% pada angka kepercayaan 95%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan diperoleh pengaruh Self Efficacy (X1) dan motivasi berprestasi (X2) terhadap kemandirian belajar (Y) sebesar 31,1% pada angka kepercayaan 95%.
Lack of self-management (Self Efficacy) and achievement motivation can impact the ability to learn independently, which students should be able to do. Therefore, researchers want to know the effect of Self Efficacy and achievement motivation on the learning independence of Islamic Religious Education students of Ahmad Dahlan University class of 2020. The purpose of conducting this research is to determine whether there is an influence of Self Efficacy on independent learning, the effect of achievement motivation on independent learning, and the influence of Self Efficacy and achievement motivation on the learning independence of UAD PAI students class of 2020.
The research method used in this research is quantitative research with an associative research approach. This research was conducted at the Ahmad Dahlan University Islamic Religious Education Study Program by taking a sample of 124 out of 247 students from the class of 2020. Sampling was based on probability sampling principles using a simple random sampling technique. The independent variables in this study are Self Efficacy (X1) and achievement motivation (X2), while the dependent variable is student learning independence (Y). Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis technique in this study used a simple and multiple linear regression test with the help of the SPSS 25 for Windows application.
The results showed that the effect of Self Efficacy (X1) on learning independence (Y) was 17.8% at a confidence level of 95%. The effect of achievement motivation (X2) on learning independence (Y) is 27.1% at a confidence level of 95%. Based on the results of the analysis, simultaneously obtained the effect of Self Efficacy (X1) and achievement motivation (X2) on learning independence (Y) of 31.1% at a confidence level of 95%.
